CONDITIONS OF HOLIDAY LETTINGS

  1. The premises are let for holiday purposes only and for the stated period on the receipt/confirmation.
  2. The number of occupants must not exceed the number allowed for the premises.
  3. We require a minimum deposit of $200.00, with all payments to be made in full before occupancy. We do not accept cheques on the commencement of the booking. EFTPOS facilities are provided for payments.
  4. The premises are available from 9.00am on the day of arrival, 10.00am on Sundays, and are to be vacated by 3.00pm on the day of departure. *Please return keys to our office. PLEASE NOTE: During school holidays premises are available from 9.00am Saturday, and are to be vacated by 3.00pm Friday.
  5. In the event of a CANCELLED BOOKING there will be an $85 cancellation fee and is only possible if the cancellations are in writing at least 30 days prior to arrival date and if the property can be rebooked for the full period at the full tariff. Please note for Christmas bookings cancelled after the 30th September the cancellation fee will be 50% deposit. Christmas bookings cancelled after the 30th November will receive no refund.
  6. Property descriptions and locations are made by the Agents in good faith. No responsibility can be accepted for errors, omissions or misdescriptions.
  7. Pets are not allowed in or about the premises. Please leave your pets at home or with a friend.
  8. Any damage, breakage or losses, of furniture, furnishings, fittings, locks or keys is to be reported to the Agent and paid for.
  9. Bonds are applicable and refunds by cheque.
  10. Tariffs are subject to change without notice.
  11. Home Units are Strata Title and the By Laws must be observed. Avoid unnecessary noise and behavior that may disturb or distress neighbors or adjoining occupiers. Children are not to play on driveways or staircases of Units.
  12. The booking is made in good faith but maybe subject to any change as we maybe notified by the owner prior to the commencement of the booking. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for actions taken by the owner. (Every reasonable endeavour will be made to offer alternative accommodation should this occur).
  13. In the event that the property you are occupying is up for sale, the tenant agrees to allow us to conduct inspections with prospective purchasers during reasonable hours, by appointment.
  14. A call out fee of $30.00, for obtaining a spare key, applies to all after hours call outs in the event of lost keys. If a key is not available, the tenant will be liable for any cost incurred in gaining entry to the premises. All lost keys must be paid for.
  15. Please wrap all garbage and place in the bin provided. Please carefully follow the recycling instructions as laid down by our local Council, as bins will not be emptied if they have been wrongly filled. Divide non recyclable and recyclable in the yellow top bins and garden vegetation ONLY in the green top bins. Wyong Shire Council contractors collect early morning so please put your bin out the night before as under: North Entrance Sunday Night The Entrance/Toowoon Bay/Long Jetty Thursday Night In the case of excessive garbage or incorrectly sorted garbage, there will be a minimum charge of $25.00 for it to be taken away.
  16. We cannot accept responsibility for personal possessions left on the premises. Please ensure that you have packed everything before you leave.

Failure to observe these terms and conditions will result in termination of the booking or an amended charge.
